Mondo Möbel

Mondo is a German furniture brand specializing in high-quality, customizable home furniture. The brand is distributed exclusively through local partner stores, combining individual consultation with premium product design.

UX Design

I led the UX design for the new website, exploring and validating multiple user flows to guide visitors toward booking a consultation rather than expecting a traditional e-commerce experience. Key elements such as navigation, communication patterns, category pages and product detail pages were iteratively tested throughout the design phase.

The booking flow was a central focus and was optimized through qualitative user testing, followed by further refinements based on quantitative data after launch.

Development

In addition to UX design, I fully developed the Mondo website using a headless architecture and deployed it as a static site. The setup connects to multiple backends and ERP systems. I also established the design system and implemented all components and styling using Tailwind CSS.
